Visitors enter the exhibition through a passageway that illustrates the revolution, conveying an idea of how the upheaval in German society reached a boiling point at the end of World War I. Discontent paired with bold goals – a people’s movement arose that toppled the old Kaiserreich system and laid the foundations for the first German democracy. Projections fill the area, making sure that visitors can feel the pulse of this turning point.
